Also featured in this new image disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend detailing different sections of the estate.
In addition to this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.
